Initially incorporated in 1980 to install and monitor security systems and energy conservation equipment, TECH SYSTEMS, Inc. re-defined its business in 1989 and has since been managing complex outsourcing operations for the U.S. Government and its Agencies.

Presently, TECH SYSTEMS, Inc. is a Woman-Owned Small Business headquartered in Springfield, Virginia. Ms. Nancy S. Blethen is the Corporate President and CEO and a licensed CPA with nearly twenty years experience in management and financial positions. Ms. Blethen purchased the Company in August 2004 from Mr. Marshall L. Sneiderman, who now serves as the Company’s Chief Business Advisor. Mr. Sneiderman is a retired Naval Supply Corps Officer with almost 40 years of experience in Federal procurement and project management and was the President and CEO of TECH SYSTEMS, Inc. from 1996 to 2004.
