Nancy S. Blethen Owner and President and CEO |
Nancy S. Blethen is the Owner and President and CEO of TECH SYSTEMS, Inc. and has nearly 20 years experience in management and financial positions. Before joining the Company as CFO in 2003 and then purchasing the business in 2004, Ms. Blethen was the CFO at two National nonprofit organizations and spent over 8 years in the public accounting industry, including 5 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers (formerly Coopers & Lybrand). Through the public accounting and nonprofit careers, Ms. Blethen accumulated significant exposure to a diverse array of business industries and regulations, including Federal grants and contracts. Those varied and seasoned experiences, coupled with her exacting business ethics, well prepared her for owning and operating a successful Government Services Contracting firm. Ms. Blethen was recently elected to serve on the Board of Directors of the Professional Services Council. PSC represents the entire spectrum of the government professional and technical services industry. Ms. Blethen is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and received a Bachelors of Science Degree in Management from Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana. |

Anne Rohall is a licensed attorney with fifteen years of experience in corporate management positions, including over ten years of experience in the legal field. Prior to working for TECH SYSTEMS, Inc., Ms. Rohall specialized in health and disability law, including the representation of nonprofit agencies and persons with disabilities under the Americans with Disabilities Act and promotion of their interests on Capitol Hill. In her most recent positions, Ms. Rohall served as the Director of Government Relations and was a registered lobbyist for two national nonprofit agencies in Washington, D.C. Following law school, Ms. Rohall served as a law clerk to the U.S. Court of Federal Claims in Washington, DC., where she specialized in Vaccine Injury litigation. Ms. Rohall is a member of the Maryland State Bar, the Virginia State Bar, and the U.S. Supreme Court Bar. In her current role as General Counsel and Vice President, Ms. Rohall is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing all phases of the proposal process and handling all corporate legal and regulatory matters. Ms. Rohall is fluent in Spanish and is available to assist our Spanish-speaking employees. Ms. Rohall received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English and Spanish from Guilford College in Greensboro, North Carolina, and a Juris Doctor from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law in Washington, D.C. |
