 Library Operations
TECH SYSTEMS, Inc. manages and operates military base libraries across the country. These libraries are essential learning facilities for active duty personnel and key to their dependents' quality of life on base. Our seasoned, qualified staff provides reference assistance, coordinates programs, and manages the collections to ensure top customer satisfaction.
 Mail and Messenger Services
TECH SYSTEMS, Inc. provides mail and messenger services for a variety of government customers nationwide. These services include the handling of classified and accountable documents. We provide personnel and vehicles to accommodate the schedules and routes that ensure timely and accurate delivery and handling of government mail and documents.
 Warehousing Services
TECH SYSTEMS, Inc. provides warehousing services for several government customers nationwide. Warehousing services include Central Issue Facilities (CIFs), Central Receiving and Storage as well as local delivery of assets. Depending on the operation, our staff is responsible for receiving, securing, maintaining, repairing, and issuing gear and/or assets for personnel or units and maintaining accurate records for the Government. Some of the facilities such as the CIFs provide a storehouse for military gear and clothing. We provide competent and courteous personnel and necessary equipment appropriate to each requirement.
 Transportation and Shuttle Services
TECH SYSTEMS, Inc. provides local (intra-state) transportation services for a variety of government customers nationwide. These services include Employee Shuttle Services and Visitor Transport Services. We provide reliable and safe vehicles and friendly, well-trained drivers. The transportation services are provided on varying schedules and routes that best meet the government customers' needs.
 Fitting and Alteration of Military Uniforms
TECH SYSTEMS, Inc. provides uniform tailoring services at several major government facilities. At these contract sites, we provide experienced tailors and sewing machine operators as well as all necessary equipment. The uniform tailoring is performed with strict adherence to government fitting standards and undergoes 100% quality assurance evaluation.
 Military Clothing, Equipment, and Parachute Repair
TECH SYSTEMS, Inc. operates a variety of operations that repair military clothing, equipment and parachutes for gear damaged during training. Our staff is responsible for receiving, repairing and issuing military assets while maintaining accurate records for the government. We provide experienced staff and, for certain locations, equipment to provide these services. The repair function saves the Government millions of dollars in replacement costs by investing a small amount in the repair of otherwise unserviceable gear.
 Fuel Management Services
TECH SYSTEMS, Inc. provides bulk fuel (Class III) management services, including issue, receipt, and storage of JP8, Diesel, and Mogas. We operate in full compliance with EPA, OSHA and other regulatory standards applicable to each operation, providing HazMat safety training and briefings as well as Personal Protective Equipment as needed. We provide competent and certified personnel and necessary equipment appropriate to each requirement.
